Filing a Bug Report

If you find a bug or error in PicMonkey, contact Support with details about what happened and include screenshots if possible to help resolve the issue.

If you run into a bug in PicMonkey or experience an error, contact the support team.

Please describe the issue you're having in detail by describing what you were doing in the editor leading up to the issue.

You can also include screenshots of the issue in your ticket.
