PicMonkey subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription term PicMonkey subscriptions renew automatically at the end of your billing period—whether you chose a monthly or annual plan. To avoid being charged for the next term, you’ll need to cancel before your renewal date.
Important Notes:
Canceling on your renewal date may still result in a charge due to how payments are processed.
If you don’t use PicMonkey during your trial or paid period, charges will still apply unless you cancel in time.
Canceling stops future charges but does not issue a refund for the current term.
How to Cancel:
Sign in to your PicMonkey account.
Go to Manage Your Account > Billing.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
You can also use this page to renew your subscription at any time.
