Some users using PicMonkey on Chrome OS may notice that their scrollbar in Text, Graphics, or Templates is inoperable or missing entirely.

<b>This appears to be an issue with Chrome OS, but there is a solution. To fix the issue:</b>

In the address bar, enter "chrome://flags," and navigate to that page.

Scroll down to Overlay Scrollbars, and set the field to "Disabled."

Restart your browser window, and your scrollbars should work again in PicMonkey

1. Open a Chrome window.
2. In the address bar, enter "chrome://flags," and navigate to that page.
3. Scroll down to Overlay Scrollbars, and set the field to "Disabled."
4. Restart your browser window, and your scrollbars should work again in PicMonkey

If scrollbars are missing in Chrome OS, go to chrome://flags, find Overlay Scrollbars, set it to Disabled, then restart Chrome to restore them
