Some users have reported that the scrollbars in Mac OS X have been disabled, making them unable to scroll.
To enable scrollbars:
Launch System Preferences from the Apple menu.
Select General.
Scroll down to Show scroll bars.
Set to Always.
Missing Scrollbars in Mac OS X
If scrollbars are missing on Mac, go to System Preferences → General → Show scroll bars, and set it to Always.
